Hi Elliot, This will not be suitable, you will need to look at the Heavy duty trolleys. The 16x6 wheels are rated at 280 Kgs max which with your boats weight distributed evenly between two wheels these will be fine however if you recover boats with extra weight in them (possibly water) or move them across an angled terrain so one wheel is considerably more loaded than the other you may encounter problems. As you have asked about a trolley up to 18 1/2 foot and yours is 16 1/2 foot it may be prudent if you can find the boats balance point then you'll have a better idea which trolley will be more suitable using the measurements in the extra images of the products.
