You use this item with the Series 40 Orbit ball bearing and ratchet blocks, to create stand up blocks.

The RF2454 stand-up kit features a clatter-free rubber boot and forged lacing eye with 5mm fixing holes with 38mm centre to centre.

You can attach the Dyneema® link so that the block is aligned with the stand-up base or across it. It’s a neat, low-profile solution which allows full articulation.
