Customer Questions
Hi RichardIt's not a measurement I have to hand sorry and there aren't any jibs to hand to measureI think it's about 10-12" short of the maximum length which would make it about 2480mmIs that a good enough guess or do you need a more accurate answer?RegardsDavid Shilling
Hi RichardThis isn't a question I have the answer for to hand sorry. What's the reason for the question? I can't work out what use the answer would be on it's own?RegardsDavid Shilling

Hi EleanorIt depends on what you want out of the sails really and then compromise you have to makeWe could make a cruising jib and add a window for about £25The racing sails will perform much betterThe racing jib does flake quite nicely on the bow with the daggerboard over the top to stop it unflaking. Order a gunter mainsail and it should fit straight on a bermudan mast too RegardsDavid
Hi EleanorThe main is more susceptible to creasing if it gunter rigged and you wouldn't add reefs to a racing sail  As to the flattener we could fit one if you like but you will have to sort out extra controls to sort this and I'd expect if your main controls are working correctly you should be able to control the sail without it. In my experience most of the time when asked to add reefing points it is because the old sail is so miss-shaped and is then difficult to control and the obvious thought is to add reefs RegardsDavid
