Hi MalcolmSorry that is a typing error it should say Cut out size 157mm Opening size 145mm You may get away with this hatch or you may have to go to either the next size up or a different manufacturer although most hatch covers are based on inches  Barton do a cover with a 165 cut out which we could order in for you I hope that helpsRegardsDavid Shilling
