Mirror Halyard Standard Gunter Rig

Hi Michael,The Mirror halyard doesn't come with a loop as the jib halyard is best tied to the head of the sail with a bowline making sure the bowline is tied around the forestay keeping the head of the sail attached to the forestay wire. A bowline will not fowl the spinnaker which a shackle could.The main halyard is best tied with a small stop knot or a very small bowline on the gaff band.You are looking to get the gaff vertical so with the sail up from a distance the gunter rig should look like a bermudan rigI hope that helpsDavid
