Hi MartinI guess panel replacement will be stronger if done properly however it will have to be replaced in a different way to how it was originally built unless you want to take the decks off but I wouldn't advise that.The way to fix the panel on the inside of the tank without removing the decks is to fit a batten along the floor panel and another along the underside of the deck. Mix your epoxy with bonding fibres to a mayonnaise like consistency, spread the mixture liberally along the batten and push the replacement panel into position squeezing the mixture into any spaces and screw through the new panel into the battens.  You can then tape the outside of the panels with glass tape as normal I hope that helpsDavid
