Hi Barry The slot gasket is made by folding and stitching 2 lengths of sail tape which is 63mm wide, so the finished width when butted together is 63mm. Does that help? David

Hi TonyThe gasket is supplied by the length and there is no instructions sorry. However it simply fits under the keel band that goes either side of the centreboard case, if you don't have keel band them you'll need the Mylar tape which does come with instructions. No need to tension either just fit without wrinklesRegardsDavid
