Holt swivel fairlead cleat. A large alloy cam cleat fitted with stainless lined wrap around fairlead sat behind a fairlead with 13mm hole all on a 44mm diameter swivel base with plastic washer/seat.
Fitted with large (38mm fixing centres) alloy cam cleat.
