Description
All the same attributes as the standard fixed head block 348 but has a removable head strap so it can be fitted without the need of an extra fixing (shackle).
Note when fitting: Be careful to keep the block side plates together when removing the strap to keep the ball bearings in place.
Ultra high strength to weight ratio for high loads. Lightweight composite plastic side plates are UV resistant. High-load ball bearings roll on fitted races for increased load capacity. Open sheave AirBlock design minimises weight.
It has a hollow centre suitable for using as a becket.
Typical uses: Mainsheet on small dinghies, control lines, outhauls, cunninghams, vangs, traveler controls, barberhaulers, flag halyards
