14inch Red Prop Guard

PropGuard^® is a poly-carbonate injection moulded 2 part cage that protects your propeller, and you from your propeller. The 2 halves bolt onto your engine cavitation plate and skeg and can be fitted with basic tools within 30 minutes.

Lightweight, strong and non corroding the PropGuard^®, due to its unique moulded design, limits drag and can even improve acceleration and handling, as well as offering superb protection.

The 14" Red PropGuard is ideally suited for all outboard motors with propellers up to 13.5" in diameter. This would cater for most 60-135hp in 2 stroke and 70-130hp in four stroke, plus Big Foot 50 & 60 hp.

Please Note:
1) To obtain optimal performance out of your motor with the Prop Guard^® installed, you may need to change your propeller diameter. For this 14" prop guard, the best performance you need an 13.5" propeller plus otherwise you may just get the benefits of the protection.

2) The closer the prop blades are to the Prop Guard^® rings, it will optimize your performance, handling and will not create a drag. Your motor will also have to be trimmed to a setting of optimal performance.

3) Be sure the Prop Guard^® you purchase is the correct size. Place it on your motor with Grip Clamps first and CHECK YOUR CLEARANCES BEFORE DRILLING HOLES AND MOUNTING.

4) This Prop Guard^® is only suitable for applications up to 25mph.
